Nicole Glover with Jon Lakey
Portland native Nicole Glover began playing saxophone at age 11, fueled by an early love of jazz. Now in her early 20s, Glover has had the pleasure to perform with such great musicians as Esperanza Spaulding, Wynton Marsalis, Terell Stafford, and Julian Lage to name a few. She is accompanied by Jon Lakey on bass, a multi-instrumentalist and composer, who is also one of Nicole’s closest musical companions.
